Adecco, the international human resources provider, has today extended its sponsorship deal with the International Tennis Federation for the men’s Davis Cup and women’s Fed Cup national teams competitions until the end of 2016.
Under the three-year agreement, which comes into effect for the Davis Cup first round ties starting tomorrow, Switzerland-based Adecco will continue to sponsor the on-court speed serve package and bring back the branded Adecco player benches, while also offering its recruiting services to the organisers for both competitions.
The 2014 Fed Cup gets under way with the first round matches on Feb 8 and 9.
Adecco has been the official HR sponsor of the Davis Cup and Fed Cup since 2010 having previously supported the men’s competition from 2002 to 2007.
ITF president Francesco Ricci Bitti said: "We are delighted that Adecco is extending its sponsorship of our two prestigious team competitions for a further three years. Adecco has been a loyal and hardworking partner of Davis Cup and Fed Cup, and we believe that these competitions are a perfect fit for a company that has enjoyed strong international growth since joining our family of sponsors."
