Sportfive Signs up New Main Sponsor for Germany's Men's Handball Team |

Handball - 04 Jan 2013 - Sportfive, the international sports marketing agency, has brokered a sponsorship deal between the DHB, the German handball federation, and getgoods.de, the online electronics store.
The German company has become the new main sponsor of the men’s national team, and will sport its logo on the players’ shirts.
The new partnership runs from the beginning of this year, and Sportfive said that talks over an extension to the deal would be held after this month’s World Men’s Handball Championship in Spain.
The new sponsor replaces Goldgas, the energy supply firm, as the main sponsor of the men's team, and will also be given branding on courtside boards and on the court floor.
Sportfive has sold sponsorship rights on behalf of the DHB, the German handball federation, since the beginning of 2008 and renewed its contract at the beginning of 2010 to run until 2015, adding the role of domestic and international broadcast rights distribution in the process.
