Presidential term: 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2028

Ingmar De Vos was elected ASOIF President at the 48th ASOIF General Assembly in April 2024 and officially started his four-year mandate on 1 January 2025.

Ingmar De Vos has been the President of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) since 2014. He was re-elected for a second term in 2018 and again re-elected for a third and final term in 2022. An IOC Member since 2017, he is part of the IOC Coordination Commissions for LA28 and Brisbane 2032, the Future Host Commission, the Legal Affairs Commission, the Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission, and the Revenues and Commercial Partnerships Commission. He is also a SportAccord Executive Committee member, ASOIF representative on the WADA Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Belgium Olympic Committee.

First term: 2021 - 2025

Second and final term: 2025 - 2029

Nenad Lalović was elected President of United World Wrestling (UWW) in 2013. Beforehand, he served as President of the Serbian Wrestling Federation, on the Bureau of UWW European Council (formerly known as the Conseil Européen des Luttes Associées), and the Serbian Olympic Committee. In 2015, he became an IOC Member and is part of the Olympic Solidarity Commission. He was re-elected as the Summer Olympic IF representative to the IOC Executive Board in 2022. He is also a member of the WADA Executive Committee.

Vacancy filling term: 2025 – 2027

Ximena Restrepo is Senior Vice-President of World Athletics, after becoming the first female elected Vice-President in 2019. Since then, she has actively worked to promote female leadership through the World Athletics Gender Leadership Taskforce, helping the World Athletics Council to achieve gender parity in 2023. She is also a member of the Risk Committee, Bid Evaluation Panel and the South American Athletics Council. She is a four-time Olympian and took bronze in the 400m in Barcelona 1992, earning Colombia's first Olympic medal in athletics and becoming the first Colombian woman to win an Olympic medal.

First term: 2025 - 2029

Jean-Christophe Rolland was elected President of World Rowing in 2014, after serving as a member of its Council and Executive Committee. A former elite rower, he is an Olympic gold medallist (Sydney 2000) and two-time world champion in the men’s pair. He became an IOC Member in 2017 and currently serves on several commissions, including the Coordination Commission for Brisbane 2032 and the Sustainability and Legacy Commission. He is also a member of the Board of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF).

First term: 2023 - 2027

Petra Sörling was elected President of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) in 2021, the first woman to hold this position. She has been a member of the ITTF Executive Board since 2009. She is a SportAccord Executive Committee member and an ASOIF representative on the WADA Foundation Board, as well as a member of the IOC Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission. She also serves on the boards of the Swedish National Olympic Committee and the International Masters Games Association.

First term: 2019 - 2023

Second and final term: 2023 - 2027

Morinari Watanabe was elected President of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) in 2016. Beforehand, he served as the Secretary General of the Japanese Gymnastics Association. An IOC Member since 2018, he is part of the IOC Coordination Commission for LA28 and Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission.

First term: 2025 - 2029

Andreas Zagklis has been the Secretary General of International Basketball Federation (FIBA) since 2018. As an attorney, he represented athletes, clubs and federations and served at CAS during three Olympic Games. He served FIBA as an external legal advisor and then Legal Director for nine years. As Secretary General, he has overseen milestones like the FIBA Basketball World Cups, Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. He also guided FIBA in expanding women’s basketball globally, boosting female representation at all levels. He is a member of the IOC Coordination Commission for LA28.

James Carr was appointed ASOIF Executive Director in January 2025. He has been at ASOIF since 2016 and is a qualified solicitor. He is part of the IOC Coordination Commissions for Dakar 2026, LA28 and Brisbane 2032, as well as the Olympic Programme Commission. He has been leading ASOIF's pioneering governance work and has overall responsibility for member relations, management of statutory meetings and ASOIF's working groups and commissions. He is also responsible for stakeholder engagement with the IOC, WADA, CAS, SportAccord and WOF.

As ASOIF Executive Director, James Carr serves on the Council as an ex officio member without voting right.
